MINUTES (IN CHAMBERS) by Magistrate Judge Charles F. Eick denying 249 EX PARTE APPLICATION for Order. The Magistrate Judge has read and considered all papers filed in support of and in opposition to "Defendants' Ex Parte Application etc." ("the Application"), filed August 4, 2026. The Magistrate Judge has taken the Application under submission without oral argument. In accordance with the agreement of Plaintiffs, it is ordered that: (1) the deadline for compliance with the July 21, 2026 Order is extended to September 8, 2026; (2) the privilege log requirement in the July 21, 2026 Order shall apply only to Mr. Griffith's production; and (3) Defendants may continue to produce on a rolling basis previously collected documents not yet identified as within the scope of the July 21, 2026 Order.
