MINUTE (IN CHAMBERS) ORDER on Plaintiff's Ex Parte Application 40 by Judge Josephine L. Staton: Based on the Application and Affidavit, the Court is satisfied that Zinni filed the Motion in good-faith and that he is fully aware of the consequences should the Motion be granted. Therefore, the Court VACATES that portion of its prior order that required Zinni to personally appear at the May 13, 2016 hearing. Zinni is no longer required to appear either personally or telephonically. In all other respects, the Court's prior order stands. See document for further information. (lwag)
