STIPULATION AND ORDER TEMPORARILY STAYING RESPONSE DEADLINE PENDING ANTICIPATED MOTION FOR ALTERNATIVE SERVICE: NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED AND AGREED, subject to the Court's approval: 1. All Defendants' obligations to answer, move, or otherwise respond to the Amended Complaint are stayed pending a ruling on the Lead Plaintiffs' forthcoming Alternative Service Motion; and 2. Within seven (7) days following the Court's ruling on Lead Plaintiffs' Alternative Service Motion, the Parties shall submit a stipulation and proposed order setting a schedule for the served Defendants to answer, move, or otherwise respond to the Amended Complaint.
