(Certified copies of instant Order and PACER docket sheet mailed to 8th Judicial Clerk on 7/2/2026.)
FURTHER ORDERED that plaintiff's motion for summary judgment is DENIED AS MOOT. (ECF No. 45 ). This denial shall have no prejudicial effect on plaintiff's summary judgment motions, if any, in state court.
Plaintiff may file a separate motion for attorneys fees and costs within 21 days of this order, pertaining only to the motions addressed therein.
