Case Management Conference Scheduling Order. The Case Management Conference scheduled for 8/13/2026 is cancelled and rescheduled for 9/9/2026, at 2:00 p.m., to be conducted telephonically before Magistrate Judge Amanda M. Knapp. This Scheduling Order supersedes any prior scheduling orders. Lead counsel is expected to attend. Parties and party representatives are welcome to attend, but their attendance is not required. Bridge line instructions for the telephonic CMC will be emailed to counsel of record. A Report of the Planning Meeting shall be signed by counsel for all parties and filed with the Court not less than five (5) business days before the CMC, and shall be in a format substantially similar to Attachment 1.
