PAPERLESS ORDER: THIS CAUSE is before the Court upon a sua sponte review of the record. On April 23, 2026, the Court ordered the parties to file a Joint Scheduling Report within twenty-one days of an appearance by a Defendant in this case, ECF No. 3 ("Initial Order"). Defendant Colonial Van Lines of GA Inc., filed a Motion for Extension of Time on May 27, 2026. ECF No. 15 . To date, the parties have not filed a Joint Scheduling Report, nor have they shown cause.Accordingly, it is ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that by June 29, 2026, the parties shall file a Joint Scheduling Report with this Court, in compliance with this Court's Initial Order.
