Order
ENDORSED ORDER: In the interest of transparency, the Court discloses a circumstance that the parties may consider relevant and that the undersigned has only recently noticed. Years ago, Dr. Lennox Hoyte, whom Plaintiff seeks to have testify in this case, treated a family member of the undersigned. The Court does not believe that recusal is necessary under these circumstances as the Court is capable of being fair and impartial to both sides. However, if either party is concerned that a conflict exists, that party should file a motion for recusal within the next 7 days so the Court may consider and rule on that motion promptly. Signed by Judge Virginia M. Hernandez Covington on 7/8/2026. (DMD)
