Scheduling Conference set for November 24, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. CENTRAL TIME / 10:00 a.m. MOUNTAIN TIME by telephone (BGS - CONFERENCE LINE: 1-316-402-0044, CONFERENCE ID: 485 069 538). On or before October 21, 2026, the parties shall hold their Rule 26(f) meeting. On or before November 4, 2026, the parties shall exchange their Rule 26(a)(1) initial disclosures. On or before November 17, 2026, the parties shall submit their Rule 26(a)(1) initial disclosures and their jointly proposed draft Scheduling Order (in Word format) in one joint email to chambers for the undersigned Magistrate Judge (KSD_Severson_Chambers@ksd.uscourts.gov). The parties are instructed to send the Rule 26 initial disclosures, but not the specific documents identified therein. In preparing the proposed schedule, the parties are directed to utilize the proposed scheduling order provided by the District of Colorado.
