ORDER granting 56 Letter Motion for Extension of Time to Answer. Application granted. Defendant Comcast Corporation's ("Defendant") response to Plaintiff's complaint shall be submitted by no later than July 31, 2026. In addition, the Court grants Defendant's request to deny Plaintiff's request for an entry of default. Upon review of Plaintiff's submission (Dkt. No. 48), the Court finds that Plaintiff has not complied with this Court's requirements under Local Civ. R. 55.1(a). Moreover, because the Court grants Defendant's request for an extension, it is "no longer in default." De Oliveira v. Tenet Healthcare, No. 25 Civ. 01683 (VSB) (GS), 2025 WL 2642315, at *4 (S.D.N.Y.
