PURPOSE OF THIS CLERKS NOTE This Clerks Note is submitted for immediate docketing on PACER / CM/ECF. It accompanies the Witness Statement of Alkiviades Andrew David dated 19 August 2026, prepared for the urgent attention of Judge Jordan, Dallas, Texas. 2. NATURE OF THE ACCOMPANYING FILING The accompanying Witness Statement raises serious allegations concerning the Sinaloa Drug Trafficking Cartel, including alleged operational reach into Antigua & Barbuda, alleged control of significant parts of the Hollywood media monopoly, and the identification of named individuals and entities (including Desiree Perez, Sean Combs / Roc Nation pathway, John Branca, Danny Kapon Snr and others) alleged to be connected to Sinaloa Cartel interests. The statement is made for evidence preservation and independent examination only. Allegations are not advanced as established findings of fact. 3. REQUEST TO THE CLERK The undersigned respectfully requests that the Clerk: (a) docket this Clerks Note and the accompanying Witness Statement on PACER without delay; (b) bring the filing to the urgent attention of Judge Jordan; (c) note on the docket the nature of the filing as concerning allegations involving the Sinaloa Drug Trafficking Cartel and a request for evidence preservation; (d) ensure that the electronic and any paper record of the Witness Statement is preserved in its original form. 4. WITNESS STATEMENT FOR JUDGE JORDAN (DALLAS) Sinaloa Drug Trafficking Cartel Evidence Preservation & Notice Dated: 19 August 2026 I, Alkiviades Andrew David, make this Witness Statement for the urgent attention of Judge Jordan in Dallas. I am a severely disabled litigant in person (traumatic brain injury / permanent neurological impairment). Allegations are raised for evidence preservation and independent examination only. They are not advanced as established findings of fact. 1. PURPOSE This statement places before Judge Jordan, as a matter of urgency, serious allegations concerning the Sinaloa Drug Trafficking Cartel and related organised crime networks, and requests that all relevant original evidence be preserved. Parallel material is being presented to the CID in Antigua and to Interpol. 2. SINALOA DRUG TRAFFICKING CARTEL CORE ALLEGATIONS The Sinaloa Drug Trafficking Cartel has established operational reach into Antigua & Barbuda and has perversely taken control of significant parts of the Hollywood media monopoly. The media bubble of extortion and manipulation of the publics consciousness is now controlled by the Sinaloa Cartel. This takeover has roots in the 1999 Vivendi merger and involves Mexican / Italian / Greek / Swiss organised crime networks. Named individuals/entities connected to or operating on behalf of Sinaloa Cartel interests include: Danny Kapon Snr (described as a member of the Sinaloa Cartel) Desiree Perez (alleged Sinaloa Cartel member) Sean Combs (Diddy) and the Roc Nation pathway John Branca Daphne Barak and Jonathan Hay Joseph Chora (The Executioner) Ruben Valdez Dani Peretz and others. Alleged responsibility for serious violence including the murder of Asot Michael, stalking, threats, chemical attacks, and large-scale financial extraction (Michael Jackson estate, Adidas, David family, Harmonia assets). Alleged interference with Harmonia Trust IP and hologram IP by John Branca and Sean Combs. 3. THE KAPON ACCOUNT Information received directly from Daniel Kapon and Susie Kapon. Danny Kapon Snr described as Sinaloa Cartel member linked to Anthony B. Pellicano. Personal recollection of Pellicano stating that for $30,000 per month all those would go away. 4. EVIDENCE PRESERVATION REQUEST All relevant original documentary and electronic evidence (including metadata) to be preserved and not destroyed, overwritten or altered. 5. DISABILITY STATUS Severe TBI / permanent neurological impairment. Fair participation and reasonable adjustments requested. 6. REQUEST TO JUDGE JORDAN Take note of the Sinaloa Cartel allegations; direct preservation of evidence; note parallel CID/Interpol steps; distinguish allegation from established fact.
