Scheduling Order
SCHEDULING ORDER: The Court is in receipt of Defendants' 27 letter stating, inter alia, that Defendants have sought to serve pro se Plaintiff with their motion papers but have not received any response from Plaintiff. Defendants have thus filed their motion papers on the docket. (Dkt. 28.) The Court grants Plaintiff a sua sponte extension. Plaintiff has until February 16, 2026 to file his opposition to Defendants' motion. Defendants shall file their reply, if any, by March 3, 2026. Plaintiff is further reminded that "[i]t is the duty of all pro se plaintiffs to inform the Court of any change of address." Schlich v. Allan, No. 2:25-CV-05121 (NJC) (LGD), 2025 WL 3053242, at *1 (E.D.N.Y. Nov. 1, 2025) (citation omitted). The Clerk of Court is respectfully directed to include Defendants' 28 motion papers in mailing a copy of this order to Plaintiff. Ordered by Judge Pamela K. Chen on 1/16/2026. (PS)
