ORDER Counsel has contacted chambers pursuant to this Court's procedure regarding the filing of dispositive motions and has indicated that Defendant intends to file a motion for summary judgment. Counsel has also advised that the parties are scheduled to attend mediation on July 16, 2026. Although discovery closed on May 11, 2026, the Court will set the pre-motion status conference to commence after mediation. An in-person Status Conference is set for July 29, 2026, at 1:30 p.m. before Judge S. Kato Crews in Courtroom A601. In preparation for the conference, counsel shall refer to section C(4) and Attachment of 1 of this Court's Standing Order for Civil Cases. If the parties are able to reach a settlement before this conference, a notice of settlement shall be filed.
