** TEXT ONLY ORDER **This order deals with three motions. First, defendant Velocity Outdoor Inc. moves the court to stay the case solely with respect to it pending resolution of its motion to dismiss. In deciding whether to impose a stay, the court must balance those interests favoring a stay against those interests frustrated by the action. Feed.Ing BV v. Principle Sols., LLC, No. 14-cv-1241, 2015 WL 13158324, at *1 (E.D. Wis. Apr. 21, 2015). In this instance, the court finds the balance weighs in favor of denying Velocity's request. Whether the motion to dismiss will succeed is uncertain, and thus any efficiencies gained by granting the motion are equally so. If the motion does not succeed in disposing of the case against Velocity, the time stayed would equal unnecessary delay. And, if deadlines were stayed with respect to Velocity alone, only to have them reimposed upon denial of the motion of dismiss, this would create inefficiencies and difficulties with the remaining schedule. While this case is relatively new to this court, it is not new to Velocity. There has been ample time for Velocity to prepare for the initial deadlines in this case. Velocity, along with the other parties, should be prepared to press forward with the deadlines and engage in this lawsuit. The motion is DENIED. Second, plaintiff's motion to seal, Dkt. 91 , is GRANTED. Finally, plaintiff has filed a motion to disqualify counsel. Dkt. 92 .
