Plaintiff accepted JP Morgan's offer of judgment on 5/12/2026. Payment is pending as it is being processed. Plaintiff has also settled with Experian; however, there is a dispute on Plaintiff's credit report and release terms. The parties are working to resolve those disputes. The Court sets a Further Case Management Conference set for 8/19/2026 at 2:00 p.m. by a Zoom webinar. The Court will vacate the conference and close the action, upon the filing of the stipulations of dismissals.
