The Court discusses the pending Motion to Amend Scheduling Order with the parties and the parties jointly believe an extension of the scheduling order would be beneficial. Accordingly, 72 Motion to Amend Scheduling Order is GRANTED. The parties are directed to submit the proposed scheduling order to the undersigned's proposed documents email in word format.
