Minute Order [non-document]: A telephonic status conference was held before Judge Bridget Meehan Brennan on 7/16/2026. Attorneys Michael Elkon and Russell Beck participated on behalf of Plaintiff. Attorney James Drozdowski participated on behalf of Defendant Justin Daugherty. Attorney Phillip Eckenrode participated on behalf of Defendant Consolidated Precision Products Corp. The Court heard from the parties on the potential challenge to Attorneys' Eyes Only designations under the Protective Order as well as fact discovery challenges. If Defendants wish to maintain their Attorneys' Eyes Only designations, they must file a motion to do so with supporting case law. If Plaintiff wishes to pursue its challenges to Defendants' written discovery responses, it must file a motion to compel. Any motion to maintain designations or to compel must be filed on or before 7/22/2026; any opposition must be filed on or before 7/29/2026; and any reply must be filed on or before 8/3/2026.
