District Judge Angel Kelley: ELECTRONIC ORDER GRANTING Plaintiff's Motion to Donate Residual Settlement Funds [Dkt. 124]. Pursuant to ¶5.10 of the approved Stipulation of Settlement [Dkt. 117-1 at 32], Lead Counsel seeks the Court’s approval to distribute the de minimis residual, approximately $3,700.00, to Massachusetts Legal Assistance Corporation, a non-profit organization devoted to, among other things, providing low-income residents of Massachusetts with critical non-criminal legal problems with access to legal information, advice, and representation, and which is unaffiliated with Lead Counsel. Upon consideration of Lead Counsel’s Motion, it is ORDERED that the de minimis residual funds remaining in the distribution account may be donated to Massachusetts Legal Assistance Corporation. (CEH)
