The Court received the attached email from the parties regarding an emergency discovery dispute arising during the deposition of Jonathan Young. The Court determines that the matter is not an emergency. IT IS ORDERED that the parties shall resume Mr. Young's deposition today, setting aside the objectionable questions to be resolved via the Court's Standing Order and the deposition to resume following resolution of such disputes.
