MINUTE ORDER IN CHAMBERS by Judge Otis D. Wright, II: After reviewing Plaintiff Rayem Investments' Response to the Courts Order to Show Cause 51 , the Court discharges its OSC. The Court SETS the following dates and deadlines: Jury Trial: October 13, 2026, at 9:00 a.m.; Final Pretrial Conference: October 5, 2026, at 1:30 p.m.; and Deadline to refile Pretrial Documents: September 28, 2026. As the parties represent in their lodged pretrial conference order that they do not contemplate filing any motions in limine, the Court does not set a motion in limine hearing. The parties shall refile all pretrial documents on the above scheduled date. The Court also notes that it did not receive hard copies of the pretrial documents, as required in the Court's scheduling order. (Scheduling Order 14, Dkt. No. 17.) Any further failure to strictly complywith the Local Rules and the Courts rules will result in dismissal and sanctions. (lc)
