   ORDER granting 72 Motion for Extension of Time to File. Upon counsel's request, the parties' proposed Conditional Certification briefing schedule is EXTENDED as follows: Plaintiffs shall serve the conditional certification motion on Defendant on or before August 31, 2026. Defendant shall serve their opposition by October 5, 2026. Plaintiffs' reply, if any, shall be served by October 19, 2026. Each side shall file their papers on ECF on October 20, 2026, once the motion is fully briefed. Counsel are reminded that the undersigned employs the "bundle" rule. Therefore, no papers shall be filed on ECF until the motion is fully-briefed. Plaintiffs' counsel is directed to provide a courtesy copy of the entire fully-briefed motion to this Court on or before October 23, 2026. In accord with Rule 1(E) of this Court's Individual Rules, counsel is reminded that all copies must be marked "courtesy copy" "original filed ECF" and that courtesy copies of exhibits and appendices must be clearly labeled and tabbed. Voluminous documents should be submitted in clearly tabbed binders and should not be "velobound."
