(Docket Nos. 1001, 1002.) Both matters are fully briefed. (Docket Nos. 1005, 1006, 1008, 1009, 1012.) Pursuant to Rule 78 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and Local Rule 7-15, the Court vacates the hearings calendared for August 10, 2026, and deems the matters under submission. The Court will notify the parties once the Court has resolved the Motions or the date and time of a hearing should the Court conclude that oral argument will assist the Court's resolution of the Motions.
