ORDER: Per DE 28 , "the parties jointly consent to a stay of all discovery in this matter pending a decision by District Judge Sanket J. Bulsara on CRC's anticipated motion to dismiss, with the exception that Plaintiffs and Great Divide will each respond to any outstanding written discovery requests served on each other before Your Honor's July 31, 2026 Order, and with CRC's agreement that its counsel is authorized to accept service of a non-party subpoena if CRC is dismissed from this action." The Court GRANTS this request for a discovery stay. The parties shall submit a joint status report by 11/13/2026. Ordered by Magistrate Judge Lee G. Dunst on 8/28/2026. (JSH)
