MINUTE ORDER IN CHAMBERS of the Honorable Magistrate Judge Brenda Weksler on 6/23/2026. The Clerk's Office previously filed a notice that this case had been assigned to the Early Neutral Evaluation Program under Local Rule 16-6. ECF No. 3. That notice stated that no ENE would be conducted in cases subject to arbitration. Id. On 5/27/2026 parties filed a stipulation to submit the action to arbitration and to stay the case pending arbitration. ECF No. 6. The Court granted this stipulation on 5/28/2026. ECF No. 7.
