ORDER signed by Magistrate Judge Stephen C Dries on 8/14/2026. The court GRANTS the defendant's cross-motions for consolidation, ECF No. 15 in No. 26-CV-445 and ECF No. 14 in No. 26-CV-451; GRANTS in part and DENIES in part the Sorenson plaintiff's motion to dismiss, stay, or consolidate, ECF No. 19 in No. 26-CV-445; and GRANTS in part and DENIES in part the Adrian plaintiffs' motion for appointment of interim class counsel pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 23(g) and related relief, ECF No. 10 in No. 26-CV-451. The clerk of court shall CONSOLIDATE the Sorenson action (26-CV-445) and the Adrian action (26-CV-451) for all purposes. All future papers shall be filed and docketed only in the Sorenson action. The court APPOINTS Raisner Roupinian LLP as interim class counsel to represent the plaintiffs in this consolidated action and all others similarly situated. The court GRANTS motions ECF No. 17 in 26-CV-445 and ECF No. 16 in 26-CV-451. The court STRIKES from the Sorenson docket the Adrian plaintiffs' motion for appointment of interim class counsel, ECF No. 11 in No. 26-CV-445. Finally, the court DENIES as moot the motion to dismiss, stay, or consolidate filed by Sorenson in the Adrian action, ECF No. 17 in No. 26-CV-451.
