Plaintiff shall respond to Defendant Outrigger Resort's Motion to Set Aside Entry of Default 12 and Defendant Crescent Height's Motion to Set Aside Entry of Default 26 on or before September 5, 2026. Defendants may reply on or before September 19, 2026. The briefing schedule for Defendant Crescent Heights Motion to Dismiss 26 shall remain in place. No hearing will be permitted and the matter will be taken under advisement on the papers.
