Order
ORDER. On or before 6/5/2026, Ms. Taylor must either (1) retain licensed counsel who must enter an appearance for Jacqueline's Supreme Cleaning LLC and Fail Forward Enterprise Holdings LLC by this date; or, (2) in the alternative, if Ms. Taylor chooses to proceed pro se in this matter, she must file a third amended complaint, using the District's model civil complaint form, removing any claims asserted on behalf of Jacqueline's Supreme Cleaning LLC and Fail Forward Enterprise Holdings LLC and providing a short and plain statement of why she--individually--is entitled to any relief from the named Defendants. The Court advises Ms. Taylor that failure to comply with this Order likely will result in the dismissal of this case without prejudice and without further warning. Signed by Magistrate Judge Rachel E. Schwartz on 5/18/2026. Sent to pro se party Jacqueline Taylor by regular mail. (mam)
CASE MANAGEMENT ORDER. The Court has reviewed the documents filed at ECF Nos. 6-10, which were received by the Clerk's Office prior to the filing of the Court's April 17, 2026 Case Management Order at ECF No. 5, but added to the docket after the filing of that Order. The Court finds these documents do not change the analysis in the Court's April 17, 2026 Case Management Order and the May 8, 2026 deadline in that Case Management Order remains. On or before May 8, 2026, Ms. Taylor must either (1) retain licensed counsel who must enter an appearance for Jacqueline's Supreme Cleaning LLC and Fail Forward Enterprise Holdings LLC; or, (2) in the alternative, if Ms. Taylor chooses to proceed pro se in the matter, she must file a third amended complaint, using the District's model civil complaint form, removing any claims asserted on behalf of Jacqueline's Supreme Cleaning LLC and Fail Forward Enterprise Holdings LLC and providing a short and plain statement of why she--individually--is entitled to any relief from the named Defendants. Signed by Magistrate Judge Rachel E. Schwartz on April 27, 2026. Mailed to pro se party Jacqueline Taylor by regular mail. (This is a TEXT ENTRY ONLY.
