PAPERLESS ORDER denying as unnecessary 120 Defendant's Unopposed Motion for Extension of Time to Respond to Plaintiff's Amended Discovery Requests. As stated in Judge Cannon's Scheduling Order 81 , the parties "may stipulate to extend the time to answer interrogatories, produce documents, and answer requests for admissions" and "shall not file with the Court notices or motions memorializing any such stipulation unless the stipulation interferes with the deadlines" the Court has set. Because Defendant's motion indicates in paragraph six that the extension "will not affect any other deadline in the Court's scheduling order," the parties are free to stipulate to extend Defendant's time to respond to September 11, 2026, without court intervention.
