Given the parties' 73 notice of settlement, 75 response to the Court's October 21, 2025 order, and 80 joint status report indicating that the motion for preliminary approval of class settlement is set before the state court, the Clerk of the Court is directed to administratively terminate the pending 46 motion to certify class, 56 motion to strike, and 68 findings and recommendations, which will be re-activated, if necessary. Within ten (10) days of the resolution of the state court proceedings, the parties shall file a status report indicating whether the 46 56 motions are moot or whether the parties request that the Court issue a ruling on the 68 findings and recommendations and objections thereto.
