The 16 motion for preliminary injunction and the 17 joint motion for stipulated injunction are DENIED AS MOOT. The August 3 telephonic hearing is CANCELED. The Court directs the Clerk to stay and administratively close this case until the conclusion of arbitration proceedings. Lead counsel must file a status report on November 1, 2026, and then every ninety days thereafter, advising the Court of the status of arbitration.
