The Court FINDS that Fifth Third's properly perfected mortgage lien on the Laurel Grocery Real Property, the Mortgage, is prior and superior to all other liens except any lien for unpaid, delinquent ad valorem real property taxes, and FINDS that Fifth Third's security interest in the Laurel Grocery Personal Property and Guarantor Collateral is first, superior, valid, enforceable, and unavoidable. 3. As to all claims against Defendants DDI Leasing, Inc., First Citizens Bank & Trust Company, HYG Financial Services, Inc., and LEAF Capital Funding, LLC, this is a final and appealable judgment, and there is no just cause for the delay.
