STIPULATION AND ORDER: NOW, THEREFORE, upon the consent of all Parties, it is hereby STIPULATED AND ORDERED, that: 1. Definitions: The following definitions shall be used for the purposes of this Stipulation and Order: a. "Dennemeyer" shall refer to each of the Dennemeyer Parties, along with each of their respective current and future parent corporations, subsidiaries, affiliates, joint ventures, successors and assigns and each of their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, joint ventures, successors and assigns, including, without limitation, any entities that are part or and do business as the "Dennemeyer Group" as referred to in the Declaration of Robert Fichter filed with the Court on December 18, 2018 (ECF No. 13), and as further set forth in this stipulation.
