The stipulation contemplates that Plaintiff Farreece Grimmett's claims against Defendant Molina Healthcare, Inc. will be excluded from the partial judgment and that all other claims dismissed with prejudice in the Court's July 13, 2026 order will be included. The stipulation does not address, however, whether the claims dismissed without prejudice in the Court's January 20, 2026 order (Dkt. No. 230) and not realleged in the subsequent amended complaint should be included in the partial judgment.
