Order on Motion for Attorney Fees Order on Recommended Ruling
ORDER adopting Recommended Ruling, ECF No. 77, recommending Plaintiffs' Motion for Attorneys' Fees, Expenses, and Class Representative Service Awards, ECF No. 59 , be granted. With thanks to United States Magistrate Judge Farrish for a meticulous and well-reasoned decision, the court adopts the recommended ruling in its entirety, granting Plaintiffs' motion in full, "notwithstanding its shortcomings and overstatements as to hourly rates and hours expended." See ECF No. 77. The undersigned greatly appreciates the experience, thoughtful review, and data-driven perspective provided by Judge Farrish, because the court ought to take seriously its oversight function, even when parties arrive at a proposed agreement. Accordingly, this matter is dismissed with prejudice, consistent with the court's Final Approval Order, ECF No. 76 . The court respectfully requests the Clerk of Court to please close this case.
