   ORDER re 25 Second Amended Complaint. Since Plaintiff is proceeding in this action without pre-payment of fees, the Court must screen her second amended complaint under 28 U.S.C. § 1915(e)(2). The second amended complaint does not survive screening for four reasons. First, it is not double-spaced as required by SDIL-LR 5.1(a). Second, it does not comply with Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 10(b), which requires a plaintiff to state each claim in separate numbered paragraphs. Third, it replaces nearly all of the factual allegations in the amended complaint with conclusory statements that are insufficient to state a claim under the Fair Housing Act. Fourth, it adds a damages calculation, which is not required at the pleading stage. Because the second amended complaint does not survive screening, the Court DISMISSES it without prejudice. The amended complaint (Doc. 8 ) remains the operative pleading, and Defendants need not file a new answer. The Court WARNS Plaintiff that if she continues to file documents that do not comply with the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and the Local Rules, the filings may be summarily stricken.
