Initial Case Management Conference ~Util - Set Deadlines
Minute Entry for proceedings held before Magistrate Judge Kezia O. L. Taylor:
Following the Initial Case Management Conference conducted in this matter the Court provided the parties with proposed case management deadlines and afforded counsel approximately forty-five (45) minutes to meet and confer regarding those deadlines.
Upon reconvening the proceedings, the Court discussed the parties' proposed modifications on the record and adopted revisions to the initially proposed deadlines.
The Court directed Plaintiff to memorialize the deadlines as adopted on the record, provide the proposed deadlines to opposing counsel for review, and file a Notice with the Court setting forth the deadlines no later than August 6, 2026.
Upon receipt and review of Plaintiff's Notice, the Court will enter an Initial Case Management Order incorporating the adopted deadlines.
