(Text-Only) ORDER FOR PARTY TO FILE DOCUMENT/RESPOND TO COURT: If this matter is not otherwise resolved the parties must participate in additional formal settlement discussions after all dispositive motions are decided. Counsel are directed to meet and confer regarding settlement and file a joint letter within seven (7) days after the District Judge enters a decision on summary judgment motions, or within 7 days after the dispositive motions deadline if no summary judgment motions are filed. The letter must state the status of the parties' settlement discussions and address the parties' positions regarding whether a private mediation or a settlement conference would be most productive. The parties are encouraged to contact Judge Foster's Chambers to schedule a settlement conference at an earlier date if they determine that an earlier settlement conference would be productive.
