On 6/6/2022, a telephonic motion hearing was held on Lead Plaintiff's motions for final approval of class action settlement and plan of allocation and to award attorneys' fees and expenses. As explained in the final approval order, which is being entered separately, the Court finds that the settlement is fair, reasonable, and adequate, and that the FRCP 23 requirements to certify the class are met. Accordingly, the Court grants the motion for fees and grants final approval to the settlement. Enter final approval order, which will serve as a separate final judgment order under FRCP 58.
