Order on Motion for Extension of Time to Complete Discovery
ORDER granting 103 Second Joint Motion for Extensions of Remaining Case Management Deadlines. On 8/27/26, mediator reported 101 that a ruling on Defendants motion for judgment on pleadings would aid resolution on this case by mediation. The Court denied 102 the motion on 8/28/26. For good cause shown, the modest extension requested will be granted. However, given the age of this case and the number of extensions previously granted, the Court will not extend deadlines further, including for settlement discussions. Accordingly, the Court EXTENDS the case management deadlines as follows: Plaintiffs deadline for expert reports is 10/8/26; the deadline for non-dispositive motions is 11/3/26; Defendants deadline for expert reports is 11/20/26; the close of expert discovery is 1/6/27 and the deadline for dispositive motions is 2/5/27. If the parties need relief from the Court to meet these deadlines, they must promptly utilize Judge Zanzis procedures for discovery dispute resolution.
