SEALED DOCUMENT: Regarding 149 Order on Cross-Motions for Summary Judgment.
Two versions of this Order are being filed, both under seal. Within seven (7) days of the date of this Order, the parties must file objections identifying:
(a) any additional portions of the second version that they believe should be redacted when the document is made available on the public docket; and/or

If no objections are filed, the Court will make the second version available to the public in its current form (except with the purple highlighted language fully redacted). If objections are filed, the Court will review them and make the changes it deems appropriate before making the second version available to the public in redacted form. To assist the Court in this endeavor, the parties' objections should explain the basis for any proposed changes. This entry contains restricted documents and requires manual service by the filer.
