TEXT ORDER: The defendants have filed a motion for leave to submit documents for in camera review. (Defamation Doc. 1297 , RICO Doc. 798 ). At issue are documents the defendants plan to submit to the Court in support of their motion to waive bond or set a nominal bond. Drummond contends that the documents are responsive to its recent discovery requests. The Court has held that Drummond may conduct post-judgment discovery with respect to Mr. Collingsworth and IRAdvocates because such discovery regarding defendants financial ability to post a bond may be necessary for Drummond to respond to defendants request to waive bond or set a nominal bond and helpful to the Court in ruling on that request. (Defamation Doc. 1292 , RICO Doc. 795 ). The parties shall please meet and confer about the proper treatment of these documents and attempt to reach agreement. Because the defendants motion is premature, the Court denies the motion without prejudice. The Clerk of Court shall please TERM Defamation Doc. 1297 and RICO Doc. 798..
