PAPERLESS ORDER. THIS CAUSE came before the Court upon Defendant Volkswagen Group of America, Inc.'s ("VGOA") Unopposed Motion for Extension of Time to Respond to Plaintiff's Second Amended Complaint. 40 . Therein, VGOA seeks a thirty-day extension of time to respond to the Second Amended Complaint, contending that this matter "involves numerous domestic and foreign defendants, extensive factual allegations, and multiple claims sounding in products liability, negligence, warranty, agency, and statutory law." Id. at 2. Plaintiff does not oppose the requested relief. Id. Accordingly, UPON CONSIDERATION of the Motion, the pertinent portions of the record, and being otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is hereby ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Motion 40 is GRANTED.
