JOINT STIPULATION AND ORDER OF VOLUNTARY DISMISSAL WITH PREJUDICE: Cross-Plaintiffs Piper Jaffray & Co. and Roth Capital Partners, LLC (the "Underwriters") and Cross-Defendants Duoyuan Printing, Inc. ("DYP") and Wenhua Guo ("Guo") (collectively, the "Parties," and each individually, a "Party"), by and through their undersigned counsel, stipulate and agree as follows: 1. Pursuant to Rule 41(a)(1)(A)(ii) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, the Underwriters, DYP, and Guo, stipulate to voluntarily dismiss all remaining claims in this case, with prejudice. 2.
