ORDER denying 11 Motion to Release 8/27/2026 Filing Back. The Court construes Mr. Neal's motion as a request that it send him a document in the record, but must deny the motion. The only document docketed in this matter on 8/27/2026 is a Notice of Docketing of Appeal filed by the Third Circuit. However, this filing is an internal administrative document that is provided by the Clerk of the Third Circuit for the benefit of the Clerk of the Western District of Pennsylvania, and cannot be disclosed to the public, counsel, or parties to the action. As the Court is not able to disclose this document to Mr. Neal, it cannot grant the motion. In the event Mr. Neal is seeking materials related to his appeal, the Court, as a courtesy, can provide him with a copy of his Notice of Appeal, which was filed on 8/21/2026 at ECF 7 .
