MINUTE ORDER (Text Only Entry): Having considered Defendant's motion to stay this action (Doc. 56 ) pending resolution of its separate motion to dismiss (Doc. 40 ), along with Plaintiff-Relator's opposition (Doc. 60 ) and motion to amend (Doc. 50 ), and having balanced the relevant factors (see CMAX, Inc. v. Hall, 300 F.2d 265, 268 (9th Cir. 1962)), for the reasons set forth and preserved on the record (Doc. 61 ), the Court GRANTS Defendant's motion to stay (Doc. 56 ). Accordingly, this action is STAYED pending the Court's resolution of Defendant's pending motion to dismiss/Plaintiff-Realtor's pending motion to amend. Further, in light of the status of the case, the scheduling conference set for 8/27/2026 is VACATED, to be reset as appropriate following disposition of the pending motions.
