ORDER denying 48 Letter MOTION for pre motion conference -- In light of Plaintiff's September 4, 2026 letter, in which Plaintiff indicates that Plaintiff and Defendant Educational Commission for Foreign Medical Graduates ("ECFMG") are "currently in discussions that may eliminate the need for motion practice on the part of ECFMG," see ECF No. 49, the motion for a pre-motion conference filed at ECF No. 48 is denied without prejudice to renewal. By September 18, 2026, Plaintiff shall file a status letter or appropriate dismissal paperwork with respect to Defendant ECFMG.
