ORDER: For the reasons discussed during today's motions hearing, the Defendants are hereby DIRECTED that any notice submitted in DSCC v. Trump, 26-cv-01114-CJN (D.D.C. 2026), be simultaneously filed in this case; and further, Defendants are DIRECTED to file a NOTICE with this Court thirty (30) days in advance of any activation of the portal or provision of state citizenship lists, or state citizenship list data information, as set forth in the June 8, 2026 Memorandum at ECF No. 7-3. In the event Defendants intend to take any such action as set forth in this June 8, 2026 Memorandum within thirty days from today, Defendants shall immediately provide such notice, to include the planned date of the above-described activation or provision.
