For the reasons stated in the attached Memorandum and Order, the Court (1) grants Defendants' motion and (i) dismisses the RICO claims against the Individual Defendants and (ii) dismisses the state-law fraud claims against the Individual Defendants and (2) denies Defendants' motion to dismiss the state-law fraud claims against EMSI. The parties should proceed with discovery before the assigned Magistrate Judge on the remaining state law claims against EMSI. Ordered by Judge Margo K. Brodie on 9/24/2026. (MO)
