Order on Motion for Extension of Time to Mediate
PAPERLESS ORDER granting 19 Unopposed Motion for Extension. On June 9, 2026, Defendant filed this Motion seeking to extend the deadline to mediate set forth in the Court's Pretrial Scheduling Order (DE 14 ) from July 10, 2026, to August 31, 2026. In support, Plaintiff states that counsel's scheduled paternity leave and the desire to depose the Plaintiff prior to mediation have rendered it difficult to schedule a timely mediation. In the interest of promoting a negotiated resolution, I find good cause to extend the deadline to mediate to August 31, 2026.
