MEMO ENDORSEMENT on re: 44 Letter filed by Jingang Yang ENDORSEMENT: DENIED WITHOUT PREJUDICE. The Court is sympathetic to counsel's desire to provide a training opportunity for Mr. Lee, but is concerned that counsel's proposal appears inconsistent with Opinion #304 of the Committee on Professional Ethics of the New York State Bar Association, which prohibits delegating "to a law school graduate awaiting bar admission... [t]he taking of a deposition.... whether or not a supervising licensed attorney remains present throughout the taking of the deposition."
