MEMORANDUM AND ORDER. For the reasons stated in the attached Memorandum & Order, the Court grants Plaintiff's motion for default judgment in part and denies it in part. The Court grants Plaintiffs motion as to his WTPA claims and awards $5,000.00 in statutory damages under the WTPA. The Court grants Plaintiff leave to amend the Complaint to show the extent of his prevailing wage damages by providing information about his unpaid wages, overtime, and failure to pay timely wages claims. Plaintiff shall file an amended complaint by July 16, 2026. Ordered by Judge Margo K. Brodie on 7/2/2026. (OA)
