The Court makes preliminary statements and hears representations from the parties.<p< For the reasons stated on the record, IT IS ORDERED that 17 Motion to Dismiss is DENIED without prejudice and 51 Stipulated Discovery Plan and Scheduling Order is DENIED without prejudice.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that this case is stayed until there is finalized appellate review of the Courts forthcoming order in Le et al v. Zuffa, LLC, 2:15-cv-01045-RFB-BNW, concerning Plaintiff's Motion for Class Certification. The parties shall file a motion to lift the stay upon the final appellate review of the certification order in Le.
The Court will not issue a separate written ruling. These minutes incorporating by reference the reasons on the record shall serve as the opinion and order of the Court.
